Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Therefore, we offer store credits for items returned within the policy period, ensuring you can find something else you love.

Return Period: You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide store credits for items returned after 30 days.

Item Condition: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. This helps us ensure that all items we sell meet our standards of quality.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for store credit, including:

  • Honey

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at hopeshorizonza@gmail.com to start the return process. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a store credit will be issued to you for the amount of the purchase, which can be used towards any future purchase with us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hopeshorizonza@gmail.com
